Thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent for Overdose Awareness Day. It was a hard day for remembering all those we have lost, but we had so many people trained and walking away with Naloxone kits and Fentanyl test strips that can save lives.
We even had people visiting from across the world get trained, and they were eager to bring our pamphlets and merchandise back to their home countries to continue spreading awareness. To know that our organization will be making an impact globally is truly special.
And a big thank you to Vancouver Coastal Health for partnering with us to provide Naloxone training on this important day.
May our loved ones rest in peace, and let’s continue to educate ourselves and save lives in their honour.
Donations help us continue to put on important events like these for our communities.
