Lukas House Society is a nonprofit organization that has been established in memory of Lukas Goguen. Our mission is to raise awareness about the opioid crisis, educate our youth about harm reduction, and eliminate the stigma around mental health and substance use. Please join us and help save lives.
At Lukas House Society, we work to raise awareness about mental health, substance use, and the opioid crisis. Through educational talks at schools and active engagement on social media, we advocate for better treatment and support for people facing these challenges. Our goal is to create understanding, promote compassion, and drive change in the way we approach these urgent issues.
We are committed to creating a safe and supportive space where young people can openly discuss mental health and substance use. Lukas and I have been a team since day one. We were always the closest of siblings and I miss him so much. I have so many memories of us growing up together; playing in the backyard, walking the dogs, going skiing, camping trips, swimming at our cabin, goofing around and sometimes just keeping each other company while having long talks about life. The list goes on.
It's hard to comprehend that Lukas is gone. I feel as though this emptiness without him is just temporary, as if he were sick and would be back sometime soon. When I think about the fact this this is real, that my brother is actually gone, I feel overwhelmed with emotions.

We want all your dreams to come true! You can develop a new sense of self with strong values and integrity. Donations help us to offer cognitive behavioural therapy at very affordable prices. Contact info@lukashouse.ca today.
Talking about these issues is very key to our work. We can't stay isolated, we need each other. We are in the process of creating online support groups for people who share similar mental health diagnoses to create a safe space to share and discuss with others who are struggling with the same challenges.
